Add-ons: extra storage, bandwidth, and form retention

Overview

Add-ons let you extend a single site beyond its plan without upgrading. You buy them from the Add-ons section of the Billing tool, and they apply only to the site you buy them for. Add-ons are available while your site has an active paid subscription, and prices are in euros.

Storage top-up

Adds 1 GB of media storage to your plan for a one-off €9. The extra storage stays with your site permanently, and you can buy it more than once if you need additional room.

Bandwidth top-up

Adds 10 GB of bandwidth for the current billing period for a one-off €9. Bandwidth resets at the start of each period, so a top-up covers a single period - buy it again if you need more headroom the following period.

Form retention

Form submissions are kept for 90 days on every plan. A form-retention add-on extends how long they are stored. It is a recurring monthly add-on, and you can have one tier active at a time:

• +3 months - 90 days plus 3 months of history, €5/mo.
• +9 months - 90 days plus 9 months of history, €9/mo.
• Unlimited - submissions are never purged, €19/mo.

Switching to a different retention tier replaces the one you had before.

Buying an add-on

1. Open Billing for your site.
2. Find the Add-ons section.
3. Choose the add-on you want and complete checkout securely. Payments are handled by Stripe.
