Understanding your analytics dashboard

Read your traffic at a glance: visitors, sessions, bounce rate, top pages, and more.

Overview

The Analytics tool summarises your published site’s traffic with headline metrics, a trend chart, and breakdown tables.

Headline metrics

  • Pageviews - total pages viewed.
  • Unique visitors - distinct visitors, counted without cookies.
  • Sessions - individual visits.
  • Bounce rate - the share of single-page visits.
  • Average session duration - how long visits last.

Each headline metric is shown alongside a comparison to the previous period, so you can see whether things are trending up or down.

Live visitors

A live badge shows how many distinct visitors have been active in the last few minutes.

Breakdowns

Tables break your traffic down by:

  • Top pages - your most-viewed pages.
  • Referrers - where visitors came from.
  • Countries, devices, and browsers.
  • Not-found pages - URLs visitors hit that don’t exist, useful for spotting broken links worth a redirect.

Availability

Analytics are available on the Grow and Scale plans. On Launch, the dashboard shows a locked state.
