Manage your payment method

Overview

Your payment details are managed securely through Stripe, Promino’s payment processor. Promino never sees or stores your full card number.

Update your card

1. Open Billing for your site.
2. Choose the option to update your payment method.
3. You’ll be taken to the secure Stripe billing portal to enter your new details.

What you can do in the billing portal

• Update the card on file.
• Review your subscription.
• Access your invoices.

Security

All payment information is handled by Stripe over an encrypted connection. Promino only stores your plan and subscription status, never your card number.
