View form submissions

Overview

Every submission to your forms is stored in Promino so you can review and export it. The Forms tool is your hub for this.

Form stats

Each form shows quick stats:

• Total submissions.
• This month’s submissions.
• Last submission time.

Reading submissions

1. Open Forms and select a form.
2. Open its Submissions view to read individual entries.

Export to CSV

Export a form’s submissions to a CSV file to open in a spreadsheet or import into another tool.

Notifications

If you set a notification email on the form, you’ll also receive an email for each new submission so you don’t have to keep checking the dashboard.

Submission limits

On the Grow plan, forms accept up to 1,000 submissions per month. Scale has no submission limit. On Launch, forms aren’t available.

Data retention

Submissions are kept for 90 days by default, then automatically deleted. The Forms tool shows the retention window that currently applies to your site, so export anything you need to keep for longer.

You can extend retention with an add-on - +3 months, +9 months, or unlimited. The extension applies to every form on the site, and with unlimited retention submissions are never deleted. Before anything is removed we email you 7 days and 1 day ahead, so there is time to export first.
